Just as important as removing the mold is addressing the moisture source that caused it. Whether the problem stems from a roof leak, plumbing failure, crawlspace moisture, poor ventilation, or foundation drainage issues, the underlying moisture must be corrected or the mold will return. Our team identifies the moisture source during the remediation process and provides recommendations for permanent correction. When remediation is complete, a third-party air quality test confirms that spore levels have returned to normal before containment is removed.
